Skagit Ford will beat any other Skagit or Whatcom County Ford Dealers price on a
new Ford vehicle by $250.00 or we will give you $250.00*.
* Meet or Beat Conditions:
- Must have written bona fide dated offer from other dealer including vin #, selling price
before rebates, and MSRP. Offer may be on the back of a business card, scratch paper,
printed advertisement, or internet price quote, etc. Does not have to be in the form of a
dealership worksheet or contract. Subject to verification of authenticity. The bona fide
offer from another dealer must be presented to the General Sales Manager or New Car
Manager at Skagit Ford within 2 days of the offer being made by the other Ford Dealer.
- Offer subject to Skagit Ford having in stock the same make/model/equipment/MSRP as
the vehicle subject to the other dealer's offer.
- Skagit Ford will beat the selling price on the bona fide offer by $250 or it will pay you
$250 (subject to conditions of this Meet or Beat Offer). All sales subject to dealer
documentary service fee of up to $150 which may be added to the sale price.
- If Skagit Ford does not beat the other dealer's offer by $250, customer must
purchase from the offering dealer the subject unit (same vin#., components, and price)
within 5 days of Skagit Ford's rejection at the terms and price of the bona fide offer.
Customer to provide the other dealer's fully signed purchase order with matching vin #,
the odometer statement, and the registration statement in the customers name to receive
$250.00, Such paperwork must be submitted to Skagit Ford within 50 days of purchase
from the other dealer.
- Changes by the other Ford dealer in vehicle, selling price, or terms negates guarantee.
- Offers by other dealers after purchase of a vehicle from Skagit Ford do not apply.
- Dealer's price that includes rebates must be applicable to customer. (College graduate,
AQHA, Miltitary, etc.)
- Price guarantee on other Dealer's in stock new, unregistered, undamaged, and non
demonstrator vehicles only. Vehicles with in excess of 1000 miles will be considered
demonstrators.
- If Skagit Ford agrees to beat the bona fide offer by $250 subject to finance approval on
conditions acceptable to the customer, and if the financial institution to which the
installment contract is to be assigned does not approve the financing, Skagit Ford is not
obligated to pay $250 even if the other dealer subsequently does obtain finance
approval on the same or different installment terms.
- Applies to retail sales only, not fleet, and applies to one vehicle/offer per customer.
